Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received it, send me a message with your order number.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already started.
Do you accept returns?
Because most items are custom-made, I don't accept returns. But if something arrives damaged or incorrect, I'll always make it right.
